At Direct 2 Home, our Solar Advisors earn 6-figure commissions while educating homeowners about the benefits of solar power and energy efficiency programs. Direct 2 Home's mission is to create mass solar adoption in the communities we serve and live in.

Essential Job Functions:

• Setting 1-2 solar appointments per day through D2D Appointment Setting
• Working Tuesday to Saturday with 7 Hours Per Day, including consultations
• Building a 'book of business' through door-to-door canvassing, generating referrals, cold calling, participating in community events, and more
• Gathering required home improvement contract quotes and generating proposals that address customer pain points
• Maintaining bi-weekly customer touchpoints until project completion

Competencies:

• Highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest
• A 'no fear' attitude towards cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, and lead generation
• Must be flexible and able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Compensation:

• Job Type: Full-time - 7 Hour Shifts - Tuesday to Saturday
• Base Pay + Commission + Car Allowance
• Year 1 Avg. Earnings: (20 Customers) $86,000.00 - $162,000.00 per year

Education/Experience:

• Bilingual is a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proven success in door-to-door sales
• Quota-driven sales position preferred
• Must have a valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior sales experience OR college degree OR military experience required
